According to the posting on PDP's twitter page, former President Shehu Shagari,said Buhari was a failure as Head of State .Don't know how to take this.Afterall it was Buhari who jailed all the corrupt officials in Shagari's government.Although it must also be added that some were not guilty.He also spared Shagari jail by putting him under house arrest instead,but i guess Shagari has not forgotten,forgiven or appreciate the house arrest.See the tweets after the cut
